I always receive excellent customer service at the store in Orland Mall. I love the stand that is outside the store when I am just browsing.

When we arrived the line was fairly short. The hostess went to look inventory for us when we had a picture of certain merchandise. Lastly Summer was extremely nice and helped us find what we were looking for.

I have never had a bad experience with Pandora. I am only disappointed with the time it takes to get into the store. I have a bad knee and sometimes standing to long can become difficult. I wish the stores could start back texting people to let them know there time to be service is approaching.
