The sales lady was very helpful I was looking for a gift for my sister for Mother’s Day and I had my nephew with me and she was able to help with many Choices of bracelets for Mother’s Day.

My sales person Summer was awesome. She was able to recommend several items to me that I was not expecting to buy but it also gave me an opportunity to receive the free bracelet.

Representatives Olivia was very detailed on explaining products. And it was perfect we were looking for mother days present and they had pretty much all gift sets outside store. Definitely going back to buy a ring inside store.

I was truly satisfied with the sales rep, but every since the cassette charm has been offered only Bolingbrook seems to have it and I'm not driving over an hour for a charm. I really want the charm yesterday was my birthday so I hoping Orland Park Pandora would have it, but didn't and for some reason it's not offered for purchase on-line, needless to say I was extremely disappointed 😢

the service was great overall with deciding what I wanted. The Associate made it comfortable with giving me options to chose. The price of what I picked was overall the best decision.
