Very professional and helpful in finding the perfect gift

Olivia the sales associate was patient with me as I determined what I wanted to purchase. She also took time to remove charms and add safety chain that I purchased online but could not figure out how to attach to bracelet. I liked that other associates was assisting/giving their opinion when I asked and they offered water. This was my 3rd time visiting Pandora in Orland, IL, and each time was very satisfied with service.
