On Wednesday, I met my Pandora Angel, Mary Alice. I called the Orland Park store in Orland Square, and I spoke with Mary Alice and she was spectacular. Mary Alice listened to what I wanted and put together a package for me. She advised me of the sale that was starting the next day, she was recommended the Pandora credit card, and she made the entire sales process easy, and dare I say, fun. I even asked about the Pandora gold snake chain that had been discontinued – she located thee for me. I thought that I would be able to get into the store Wednesday afternoon, and I could not make it. She called me Friday just to check-in and she was again her very friendly self. I was able to leave work early on Friday and get to the Orland Park Pandora store. Cheryl and Mary Alice made the process so easy. I was able to walk straight in and purchase what I ordered over the phone. I added a Jewelry box and opened a Pandora credit card. Then she directed me to the Rosemount outlet store where I bought one of the last three solid gold snake necklaces.

The sales associate that helped me was very knowledgeable and patient with me.

Extremely professional

Iwona was very nice and quick to find something that I would like. I was expecting to pay about 150$ for 2 bracelets plus a free item but she showed me something much prettier and I spent 190 instead. I know it was more than I budgeted but the bracelets were much more beautiful than my original choice. Thank you so much for your quick thinking!
