Our salesperson Clarice was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to get me the exact charms I wanted to commemorate my trip. She was also incredibly kind and very pleasant; she had great customer service!

I came in (visitor from Canada) to ask a question about an existing issue - and the associate (Christina?) was so absolutely awesome in both helping me to resolve what she could but warm and friendly and had us laughing most of the way! She had nothing to gain which is sometimes the feeling I get - shopping under pressure, and her level of service was incredible all the same - as someone who works in the service industry, it was one of those WOW experiences you seldom find! I hope this will be shared with her so she knows how truly appreciative I was to cross her path that day ;)
