I was highly satisfied with Bryce T. He is very friendly and helpful. He should be manager. The actual manager on the other hand, I did not appreciate. I believe her name was Kristen C. I honestly was going to purchase more items, but due to her lack of customer service skills, I refrained from purchasing a full set of items (ring, bracelet and necklace). I therefore only bought earrings. Bryce was amazing at attending to my dissatisfaction, and he is the only reason I am coming back to this location.

While on holiday in America. We wanted to buy a pandora charm in each state. We went into the San Francisco shop and bought a charm, the assistant was very helpful and even told us where the shop was in the next state we were going to. Very satisfied with the help we got.

As soon as i walked in Carin came and greeted me and my friend. She asked us what she could help us find and i shared with her i was looking for a San Francisco charm to mark my visit. She got me the charm and also showed me some sale items to help me add to my bracelet. She was very helpful and made my experience quick and pleasurable.
