Not enough staff. The couple associates that were there were busy with others but did not even say anything to me while I was standing there at the counter right in front of them.

I went on a sale day and the choices were slim to choose from. Not everything was on sale ( just selected items) and it was an annual sale.

It wasn’t highly satisfying as it was just satisfying enough. Everything about my experience was very good, in terms of customer service and the numbers of options that there are, but it was highly satisfactory, but still satisfying.

when went in staff were talking and had to wait few minutes and approach them for assistance

Inventory is short. Store sold out items that i wanted to look at.

The woman that had helped me at Pandora knew a lot about the merchandise. She also explained to me the reason as to why I would need to get a charm bracelet stopper at this time. She helped me a lot and taught me things to keep in mind!

I noticed that one of my items is scratch on the side.

the assistant was very nice but it wasn’t amazing
