It's all gone.

Item I wanted was not available but sales rep located the item at another store which was helpful.

Because it took a lot of time for a sales associate to talk to me and he wanted to help customer that came later than I did. The selection of local charms was also not big.

I wasn't highly satisfied because i had to wait a while. Also, the pendant I wanted at first i couldn't find it in the book provided at the store.

the store was out of a charm that I wanted.

I didn’t feel welcomed. The associates just looked in my direction when I entered the store. I understand they were busy but neither greeted or even smiled when I walked in.

The sales assistant answered all the questions I need and made it very easy to complete my purchase

At the time in the store San Francisco only one sales associates available hopefully pandora will offer discount coupons in the future so I can keep coming back thank you

Only 2 assiciate hemping and many people waiting for help

The worker was rude, not friendly, rushing and very serious
