The sales associates was rude, very difficult and unwilling. She asked me why was I doing a return at her location, and not the store I original bought the items from. I did explain my reason why. I also mentioned to her I have never been asked that question before. She asked me if I would like to exchange the items, I told her no thank you I have pretty much everything already. Then I asked for a refund. She stated because it was more then $250.00 she would have to issue me a check, and I said sure. Once I told her that she then suggested that someone else (a customer) had told her that they never received there check, and she insisted that I exchange the items for something else in her store. I did eventually exchange the items for something else. But later returned the items to a different location. I felt pressured into buying them. This experience was very uncomfortable and I will never go back into this location. NOT EVER!!!!! I've been to several locations and purchased large amounts of product. This by far was a very bad experience there. Zero stars.

They had the store roped off because the wouldn’t let customers in without a sales associate helping a customer and other associates were on break. There were only two working at the time I came in. I had to wait around 5mins outside the store. I’m not sure why I couldn’t browse while waiting for someone to help. Then when someone came to help, she wasn’t friendly at all. I asked to see something, so she pulled a tray from a different area and put it under the glass display. Maybe they have a problem with theft at this store but it was very off putting that the merchandise was shown this way. I have never been to another Pandora that treated customers this way.

I came to get the current club charm. 3 gals came to assist the associate helping me because they didn't know where the charms were kept so one on display was given to me. When I asked if I could choose the one I preferred, the associate seemed annoyed. I don't even understand why they all seemed bothered, the store wasn't busy unless I interrupted their gossiping or their Instagram posting. I just didn't feel as welcomed as my previous visits. Maybe I'll start going to the other location.

The sales associate wasn’t friendly. She spoke in an impatient tone after I asked her to show me few different charms politely. She didn’t want to take care of me and ignored me few times on purpose. Just make me few like I was so annoying.

Salesperson was highly inpatient and unwilling to show me the range of products not visible from display cabinet. Given salesperson the series number of the product but was eventually billed for a different product, fortunately, I discovered it before leaving the store and asked for a refund.

I have nothing against your product. But the associate who assisted me was areogant and rude. I live near so this is the pandora i go to,,, but i keep trying to acoid her. Tonight, i had no choice. I came with a problem with my charms. She just told me "why i am wrong" and what should I buy and just LITERALLY watched me struggle with all my 13 charms. She has an answer to everythinf you say. She is always right. And if i have a problem, its my fault that I did this and that. Early this year i went to ask why my charm wont come off and gave me an answer that I doubt. She sternly told me "well, other people would be happy if im the one helping them". This is why i try not to go to that store. She is all knowing and rude! But hands down to Talor who assisted me back to back days. I made purchases to easily and when I apologize im taking her time she said "please... this is my job and i love it". I am sure the difference is obvious.

The box is empty I purchased for 93$ and the box is empty I really hope pandora customer service is gonna solve the problem

Sale Associate was not friendly and not helpfully and in getting my purchase and had no passion and drive to sell Jewelry and no smile. You needed to work on better customer services, friendly, smile, and handle the jewelry proper and better communication and knowledge of the merchandise and more energy. Your sales need handle jewelry with care and love selling jewelry. You need more promotion on the gold bracelet and charm and silver and sales and discount.

I was there for 10-15 minutes and no one asked me if I needed help. The ladies did not pay attention to me. They probably assumed i was not going to buy anything. Finally, Sarah helped me and she was not doing a good job. It seemed like she did not want to help me. I bought a ring and she gave me the wrong size so now i have to drive to a store and exchange it. I work in retail and she was the opposite of how i would help a customer. She seemed like she didn't even want to help me. No smile or anything. I was looking forward to wearing my ring and now i can't even wear it until i exchange it.

I bought a bracelets. then comes the promotion. i called your site, to verify if i can return the products i bought (unused) then re purchase so i can avail the promotions. the person i spoke with said yes i can do that. I came back to the store, spoke with the store manager, kristen. and she just denied me of my rights. to return the product. i felt humiliated well in fact i do have the right to return the product. the fact that i waited for 15 minutes to be assisted and she just told me no i cant do that. how come the person i spoke with yesterday at customer support at your site told me that i can return my products and just re buy them. this makes everthing so confusing and i found it really rude. im highly dissatisfied.
