I would like to thank Brenda (May be wrong but I know her name began with the letter B. Very sweet and approachable. She was extremely professional and I was even motivated to buy myself a charm. Will definitely be going back even if it’s to bring friends or family. Huge shout out to her and to Pandora for hiring such a great sales associate.

I walked in and I could tell the sales associates were busy so I waited patiently, as soon as the associate was done helping a customer she turned and got right to helping me. The associate was super kind and helpful so I was able to leave in less than 20 minutes. I’d definitely return.
