Katelyn K. was very friendly and helpful! She did everything so I could find a beautiful Charm! The only unfortunate thing was that San Francisco doesn’t have a lot of local Charms, but thanks to the staff I was able to find another beautiful one!

The young lady that served me, Reem M was super friendly. I told her what I wanted and she knew exactly what to present to me. Super helpful & she was just amazing all through out. I know I’ll be going back next week for more charms because of her awesome service. Great job!
