It was a busy rush hour but ms Naron T was welcoming and attended to all my questions and needs. She has great product knowledge , very helpful and targeted what I really wanted. She’s an asset to the store. Thank you ms Naron!

The staff was very friendly and helpful when helping me purchase all the charms I was looking for. They went out of their way to look for specific ones I believed they were sold out of.

The sales person was really kind and attentive, she show me all the pieces I wanted to see. I can notice it was still on training and a little nervous but she did a great job.

I was visiting this Pandora from out of town and Naren T had thought she had sold the last SF charm to the customer just before me. Still, she searched all over the store to see if there might be one more lurking around and called a nearby store in the city to see if I might be able to get it there. While searching the store she discovered that the SF charms were misplaced in the wrong spot and she found them. I was able to leave a happy customer and meanwhile she also sold me the NYC charm as I have been to NY as well before.
