As soon as I arrived I was greeted outside the door and offered assistance. I was then directed in store to be assisted by Edith who did a great job at helping me decide the perfect present.

Alma was very welcoming and helpful when I was choosing a ring for myself.

I was visiting from another state

Went in out of pure curiosity to inquire about men's jewelry. I always thought this was a lady's store. EDITH immediately responded w/an AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE. The 1st bracelet was a tight and she looked feverishly to find the right size and she did! She also helped me find the perfect eternity bling ring. Made sure I got my military discount and suggested I apply for Pandora Card for better discount. Edith is a very patient sales rep and I will use her again!!!

Cristina was very helpful and taught me how to add charms on a bracelet since I’m a first time buyer. She was very friendly and highly knowledgeable of the products available. I will definitely be returning soon. Thank you Cristina.
