Hello, I came in to get a charm for my gf’s birthday. Sofie the new associate was very helpful in helping me pick a charm. We looked through many different ones to get the right one. She was patient and understanding. We looked for quite some time before I came to my final pick. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door with bright shinny smiles from both ladies. This is definitely a Pandora store I’d recommend for friends. The ladies in there are super friendly and helpful. Until next time

From the moment I walked in to Pandora I was graciously greeted and attended to. I asked for sale items and associates went out of their way to show me all of the ones available. They answered all my questions and even gave me tips for when I shop here. I purchased 3 beautiful charms and had my eye on a few more. I will definitely be back to this Pandora. The associates were wonderful. I went in with my fiancé and they were chatting him up and making him feel very comfortable, as well. Without the need to pressure him to buy me something. He usually hates going to jewelry stores with me as many will make little comments. I buy what I like and don’t need anyone pressuring him to “show me his love through gifts” . As we walked around the shopping district he even suggested we come back next weekend. Honestly, 10 out of 10. These girls were great!

There was a big sale. The bad thing is that the items I wanted weren’t there. But the workers were SO Kind and amazing

Before I even got into the store, the greeter was very welcoming and informative. After entering, we were able to look at the displays easily. Edith, the woman who assisted us, was very knowledgeable about all of the different charm options and was super friendly!

I was highly satisfied with my experience because all of the employees were nice, patient, & knowledgeable. My sister was even happy to get some of her own Pandora items cleaned.

I loved the energy and vibes of the store, the sales associates are so nice, kind and welcoming! Kaitlynne the new girl was very helpful and helped me buy a gift for my daughters birthday! Very pleased with the service.
