The sales associates were very friendly. I was on vacation and had to visit a store to see what different items were available. Edith helped me a lot!

The entire staff has always been very pleasant. Typically when items are OOS online this store has the items available. There are 2 stores closer to home but we dont mind the drive because we are always treated very well by every staff member.

Edith is just the sweetest. She was very helpful in person and over the phone. Her customer service is exceptional. We love coming to the Santa Monica location even though there is a location closer to home, the customer service is worth the drive!

Your Pandora assistant, Edith, at the Santa Monica Place location was very helpful in showing different jewelry pieces for my daughter to choose through, aa she was getting ideas for her best friend’s birthday gift. As there was a promotion going on, Edith managed to convince me to purchase bracelets and charms for both my daughter and her best friend. She was pleasant, patient and knowledgeable of the products in your shop. I commend you fot having a lovely and caring staff member on your Pandora team.
