Everyone was nice and helped me out exchanging my gift because it was a little big, I enjoyed the visit. I will be coming back soon!

Alyssa was quite lovely as a salesperson. At no time did I feel rushed or ignored during my transaction. She made appropriate suggestions when I couldn’t make up my mind and went out of her way to look for bracelets in my size when she knew how many charms I wanted to place on them.

I was given the time I needed to view the products, no pressure at all. The salesperson immediately showed me the products I was asking for, giving me recommendations along the way.

The salesperson was super nice and gave us a lot of options for what we were looking for. He actually got creative and helped us to decorate our bracelet with a specific safety chain.
