Melissa is a great salesperson. Very friendly, helpful,patient with me. She explains and gave me options because I cannot make decision. All the items I got made me very satisfied. And I will keep on coming back to this store because of her. Im looking forward to after Christmas sale. And before I forgot I love my new charms and free bracelet.

I care in looking for a Christmas gift for my mom, I was aiming for a bracelet with some charms to add to it. Melissa helped me find the perfect bracelet and was super kind showing me all the charms and the options to chose from a bracelet. I loved what I ended up picking and plan to go back soon so I can start my own charm bracelet !

The associate was very friendly and helpful, and even though there were other customers in the store she still provided great service and was able to answer all the questions I had while attending multiple people at the same time.

I came into Pandora looking for a special piece for my daughter’s birthday. Vickey was very knowledgeable about the Pandora collection, she took the time to get to know my daughter’s style, picked out a few rings, necklaces, and earrings (all of which my daughter would have loved), and was very patient with me while I made my final decision. I will definitely be visiting Vickey at Pandora the next time I’m looking for the perfect gift!

I was highly satisfied with the knowledge of the store employees. The store is clean and the staff is always friendly and willing to help.
