Nancy our sales associate was very knowledgeable with all the products options. She was able to answer all our questions before we asked them. She was able to demonstrate how to use various charms and what they were for. I did not even realize that there were so many options.

Not enough stock of rose gold necklace chain that I wanted. However, Edith gave me an alternative chain in a different color and I liked how it turned out.

Employee was not very knowledgeable on products nor promotions. Very disrespectful to leave customers behind while she went to check with another employee in a small room. I have been to numerous Pandora stores and have never had this experience with other stores and/or employees.
