I’m happy with my purchase

It was a bit chaotic but I got helped eventually. My checkout was seemless. I won’t return to this location because I’m visiting this area, but I highly recommend this location.

There was not enough sale assistants to assist me. Inside of the store was sort of stuffy. Didn’t have the charms that I wanted.

I went in the store because I got an email saying that early 30% Black Friday was happening so instead of ordering it online, I decided to go to the store to purchase it there. The sales associate told me that the 30% was only for card hold members or those who applied. I showed her the email that it DID NOT say that and she still didn’t have no clue about it or said that I was still able to get it in store at that price. Instead she said to purchase it online to get it at that price.

We told the worker we were just looking & she just kept following us around , not giving us space to look .

Unfortunately, the store did not have an item that I wanted, available. However, the sales associate was very nice. She showed me other options.

This location did not have California specific charms and the sales associate did not know about stores having specific items for their location.

The store did not have all the charms i wanted to purchase. The store additionally was not able to provide information regarding the merchandise i was seeking to buy.

She was knowledgeable with merchandise

Although the service was good my gift card was declined even though it was for a Pandora store and they told me I could only use it at a certain location
