I came in looking for something specific. The sales associate was great and presented other options. I love that she offered other items because I ended up buying one of the items she selected but at one point, it was too much. There was so much merchandise in front of me, it became overwhelming.

Due to the size of this location, they are unable to accommodate many people at this time. I completely understand, however, will probably go to a larger store next time, as to avoid waiting outside for approximately 1 hour before being seen.

I asked if she wanted my email address as I have purchased many items previously and have been asked before. She said it wasn’t necessary.

I was not satisfied with the sales representative’s attitude, she was very short spoken, not talking to us about the product, and every time we asked for a size she did not know what sizes they had and would look for a different size

While Edith was very friendly, she also split her attention to other customers that were in the store or new customers walking in, instead of only focusing on me. I was also left alone a few times while she typed on a laptop, which was slightly rude to me. I had an uneasy time deciding the fit of the 6.3" bracelet, and after a while she had run out of patience and decided for me that it was too small. I had called the store a day prior and the associate I spoke with was very nice and had helped me hold a bracelet for me that was on sale, which I know they don't always do, so for which I was very appreciative, as I couldn't make it to Santa Monica within the store's closing time. So it's a wash. While I'm sympathetic that Edith mentioned that an employee had called out that day so she was stuck working from 8am to closing, I didn't feel like I received the level of service that was expected of Pandora.

I am a retail manager so I understand how important it is to push sales, but Iris was very pushy with trying to upsell. I told her I was ONLY shopping for ONE charm, and she continued to try to upsell me. I've shopped at several Pandoras and what I love about the experience is that the customer service is authentic. Again, I understand this is her job but as a retailer you must be aware of the energy dynamic. If I'm constantly saying a hard "No", then maybe you should back off. Other than that the overall experience was fine. Listen to the needs of the customer and they will be happy!

Sales associate was only one in store. Even though I was the only customer at first, she waited on the second customer more often. I wanted to buy more items but became frustrated so I just bought the one item. The entwined clear stones had fallen out of my ring. Not under warranty. I understand I can take it to a jeweler for repair unless you offer that service. I do not have the stones.
