The item I had bought was small, I requested an exchange. There was an issue verifying my email address so I was told to verify. The associate TOOK MY PHONE from my hand without consent, I was taken aback since she just took it.

First they would not acknowledge us. Then I asked for two tone charms and the associate didn't understand so I explained that I wanted gold and silver charms and still he pretended not to understand and didn't even show me one tray. My husband got me a gift but I could see that he didn't want to deal with me. And there was another girl just standing there didn't bother to help him. Horrible experience, they just didn't want to sell me. Never again. I think it's discrimination and I won't take it. I demand an apology
