My wife loves the store.

Well first off Anna G really helped us out at the Beachwood Mall. She was very patient with my husband and I. And also with my two little kids thatwe had to bring along with us.... We were looking for rings since we were married to eachother. She heloed us out with our sizes and the color that we liked. The prices at Pandora are amazing. I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because, They noticed me as soon as I walked in the store. They were very helpful. I usually come in the store with a list of things that I'm interested in. If they don't have it in stock, they will suggest other products and I appreciate that because it gives me options. The salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable. It's one of my favorite places to shop!

The salesperson was very attentive and answered all of my question. Her customer service skills was excellent.
