I was highly satisfied with my visit today because when I walked into the store I was greeted by one of the staff members and she helped me out as well with my purchase I was very happy.

Everytime I visit, which is frequent, everyone is so helpful.

The store associate was very helpful and knowledgeable she recommended and directed me to exactly the perfect option for me. She answered all my questions and was very pleased to help me She had no problem helping me try on and pick the best choice for my budget.

The sales associate was helpful and she showed me a variety of different charms that would work for my bracelet. She also offered to help me design the new bracelet that I wanted to start. I didn't feel rushed and I was able to have my questions answered without feeling silly.

I love every customer experience that I have when I shop at the Pandora store location at Beachwood Mall. The staff is always so friendly and patient with their customers and they offer assistance and suggestions to all their customers who are not there to shop for a specific item that they already have in mind to purchase. I love the appreciation that Pandora has for their loyal customers like me with great sales like the one that is currently going on now.
