I was service right away, and it was 3 days before Christmas. I go often and buy lots of Pandora. Most of the staff is friendly and very helpful. I just love the product

I have been a long time customer with Pandora and this store in particular. I can truly say I have never had a bad experience. The store’s presentation is always nice, staff appearance is professional and friendly, and even on the busy days there’s still someone assisting with questions. This last experience was no different and I will always be a patron of the Beachwood location.

My sales associate was helping another customer, and all the other associates were occupied with other customers. My associate's customer wanted to look in the book for another charm, and right away my associate jumped on the opportunity to help me. I only wanted a gift certificate, and she served me right away. I was very pleased to be able to get out without having to wait for her to finish with the other lady. I was also impressed at her ability to multi-task between customers and still provide excellent customer service.

In this age of online shopping it is always nice to have one on one customer service. I was pleased with the level of service and knowledge of the staff. Very satisfied with purchase.

I called the Pandora location at the Beachwood Mall to verify if particular items were in stock to build a special bracelet with charms for my cousin's birthday gift. The sales associate located the items that were available at the Beachwood location and offered to call other locations for the final pieces that I wanted to purchase to make the most beautiful birthday gift for my cousin. I thought that was so helpful and thoughtful and I left the store with a beautiful gift for my best cousin in the world.
