The sales associate at Beachwood was so nice and helpful. I had been to the pandora at Great Lakes mall the day before and they are not nearly as nice or helpful.

I was acknowledged immediately. I was helped immediately. I was checked out and told to enjoy the rest of my day. All with the smile
