Customer service was good for my first experience there. Everything was well posted as well as explained to me.

I made my first visit to Pandora one week ago to pick out a birthday gift. After receiving my first purchase as a birthday gift I was super anxious to return to Pandora to build my bracelet. Needless to say it was 4 days after my birthday purchase. I had an exceptional sales person by the name of Kaitlin at the Beachwood, Ohio store. Her patience and great sales help was a factoring matter in me becoming a Pandora fan.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The jewelry is beautiful and of high quality. I can always find a meaningful gift for special occasions. My mother loved her gift.

I came to purchase a item that was marked clearance online but when the sales representative rang the purchase up it came up a different price. When I informed the sales representative about the discrepancy the sales associate apologized and immediately make the corrections necessary to complete the order at the discounted price.
