At the moment I arrived, I received a very warm and friendly welcome by the sales representative and was immediately captivated! She was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and made some very excellent suggestions on my purchase! I actually returned about 10 minutes later to make an additional purchase that she recommended! I’m soo sorry I forgot her name but I’m returning with all my girls!!! 😍😍

Came to Cleveland for appt. at Cleveland Clinic. My sister wanted to have her bracelet cleaned at Pandora. I didn’t have one and wasn’t particularly interested because I have trouble fastening things. I just happened to ask if there was another style. The Sales Associate showed me the sterling silver sliding bracelet. I fell in love with it because it’s easy to put on and looked so nice on my small wrist. I purchased it and a charm....and as they say....the rest is history.
