Pandora Jewelry

I went to three Pandora locations before I was able to purchase the item of choice. Items that were advertised weren't availble. I believe you should be able to pay for items not available and pick them up when they come in. You should be able to pay your bill in the store.

I just celebrated my 34 wedding anniversary and I wanted the charm that I brought to remind me of that occasion. I saw it on line and when I came into the store it was easily found. The sale associate was very kind, informative and patient. Before she removed any charms she asked for permission. Once she it the charm on it was perfect. I can’t stop looking at my bracelet because it tells a story.

The associate assisted me was very k knowledgeable. She assisted me with finding three charms I wanted. She apologized for not having the charms I wanted.

I was satisfied because I was greeted upon walking in the door. I was immediately assisted and helped with what I was looking for , the only problem I had was the the very first employee who greeted me didn’t provide the right information as far as the promotion coming up March 22 2018 I was told if I spend 150 I get 50 off so while I was waiting on my jelewry to get cleaned I decided to look around and another employee came and helped me so I asked her and she told me I have to spend $200 to get $50 off so I don’t know which one is true

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because the sales associate was just amazing in every way possible.She was very attentive to my needs listened to what I was looking for and made it her priority to satisfy me by any means to complete my purchase and make my gift even more special.

The Store is nicely lighted, its always clean and sale associates are always very friendly and helpful. You could add a few chairs or bench seating, because there is always a wait time.

I feel like the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. The transaction was easy and pleasant. Workers also knew about and made recommendations about products.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I am new to the Pandora experience and I have visited the store several times. They are always very helpful. I love this store.

Brandi was attentive and helpful. She was patient and answered my questions.
