I had merchandise credit and wasn’t able to use. So have to drive far to use. Absolutely horrible customer service. All pandora have different policies. Now I have to go 45miles to use!! Should be able to exchange or use cards any pandora. My husband swears he would never give a sale to pandora again. He was general manger at macys for 30years. Poor service in his view.
