I love it nothing bad to say very friendly and enthusiastic and very happy with my purchase

I like what I saw and would recommend everyone to visit and do some things nice for you or anyone

I didn't mind waiting in line but there should have been a clear distinction on which way the line was going. After waiting quite a while the whole line had to be shift to the other side. This made a even longer unnecessary delay.

Had to wait in line for about ten minutes outside the store.

More customer reps are needed to lessen long lines. If we are standing in a line waiting to be served, your attitude as a worker should be pleasant and welcoming. Afterall, we are the ones spending the money.

I like Pandora but I also feel that it is overpriced.

I do not like it when someone starts with the highest priced options available. Ask the customer for a price point before showing items.

Thr associate was not very personable. After the transaction she just handed me my purchase and walked away. There was no friendliness, no thank you for shopping, no invite to return to the store. Very cold and impersonal, not at all like my last experience at Pandora.

The only disappointment was the fact that there were merchandise catalog everything else was perfect.

I was told that my receipt was emailed and it wasn't.
