The first associate was rude. I am not sure if she prejudice or irritated with me looking up information on my phone regarding Pandora product. The associate that helped me was very nice and professional. Dissatisfied with the retirement of the basketball charm and the store is really small.

The experience was good but felt somewhat rushed. This is just because there was line outside the store and the store is very small limiting browsing.

PANDORA GOLD SELECTION IS LIMITED AND EXPENSIVE. THE INCENTIVE TO RETURN IS CHALLENGING. PANDORA NEEDS TO IMPROVE ITS GOLD PRICING AND SELECTION.

Every time I visit the store the line is too long. People cutting other folk that was in line for long periods of time. There should be more staff with store expansion. This is the problem I and many others have when attending the store.

I was greeted and welcomed in the store and the sales person knew exactly what I was talking about she even asked me follow up questions like if I had a bracelet for the charm so she could put it on
