Small store. Had to wait outside in line.

They make us feel so welcomed and help me to choose.

I haven't been in to Pandora in years. My daughter wanted to buy rings for her girlfriends. We walked in and began to look at the rings. We were approached by a sales associate who quickly told us we were standing on the wrong side if the counter. Really?

It just took too long to get into the store and once in the store you wee unable to move around and look.

My sales person was great and very knowledgeable about the bracelet I wanted to start. I was able to pick out the best charms for my family bracelet. I will return back to Pandora again and again.

I returned to the store because I didn’t like how the clamp on my bracelet looked. The sales associate showed me several of the same bracelet and they all were made like that. My previous bracelet that was purchased a few years doesn’t look as if it is partially open. So, I excepted that this was the way they were being made, I did make another purchase.

No comments just sharing with survey

The sales person only allowed me to see the case she was at. The person didn't allow me to look at other show cases or pull out the tray so u could look she wanted me to point through the glass and I don't see well.

We had to wait and a third sales associate was not helping anyone
