I had a bracelet that was purchased for me but broke over the covid pandemic when things were closed down an she ataywd that it was to late to fix it or replace. So I was a little upset.

The associate told me by opening a credit card, I would get a percentage off of my purchase. I did not receive the percentage off but didn’t realize until I got home and reviewed my receipt.

Customers that were there for pick up waited in the same line as customers who wanted to browse/purchase in stores. Because of that, the line was longer which delayed service until an employee acknowledges the customer in line.

The wait to get in was ridiculously long. The sign says 5 people in store at one time and that includes the sales reps. So there were 3 sales reps and 2 customers in the store. No time limit so I ended up standing in line for 45 min with only 2 people in front of me This is the second time this has happened. It makes no sense that someone would come in and browse for 40 min while only allowing 2 customers in at a time Please either open the store up or limit the time a customer can take in the store Also had to wait additional time because the customer in front wanted to do a paper credit application.

for the size of the charms, the price is a bit much. For the gold charms, the size does not justifies the price and the gold selection is not the best. Would like to see more art charms in gold for a better less expensive price.

I waited in line for 45 minutes to purchase jewelry cleaner. I informed the associate that's all I wanted and was informed I still had to wait.

I had to stand in line over an hour before being served. I'm a disabled senior returning my Mother's Day gift.

The wait time was absolutely terrible. I understand that the location was in a mall, but there was nowhere to sit and my grandma with a bad leg and myself stood for 30 minutes straight without a single employee speaking to us. They only helped the next two or three people in line, and there were fifteen people in line at least. Then, when we finally got up to the sixth spot in line, I scanned the QR code for the online catalog and it was not mobile-friendly in any regard.

The line was too long. I wanted to go inside the store, but the line was too long and service was slow. I think in the future the line should be cut off at a max level.
