The length of time I waited for service. Due to the Mother's Day rush.

Hated standing in line did not like going on line to purchase while standing in line I know it was to speed everything up but I felt it was rushing me

All went well, the associates of today are not as thorough as pre-covid associates. However, the associates were still awesomel.

Customer service excellent. Selection of unusual items needs to be expanded. Ask your customers.

The initial sales rep was rude and unhelpful. I tried to place an order in line and the items I asked for she said were unavailable. When I entered the store the second rep, who was amazing, was kind knowledgeable and found everything and more!

Due to the pandemic the wait in line to get in the store was too long

Lower prices would make me highly satisfied

Well there was a long line on my first visit so I felt rushed . They had me stay in one area didn’t get to look around store. But I know it’s to keep us safe .

Had to wait 30 minutes to enter store. There are more associates working than customers. Prices are high

I had to return to the store twice for the AMA transaction because only two customers were allowed in the store at a time. Unacceptable
