It took a long time for service and while getting serviced the employees were talking taking alot of time on personal issues and slowing process of taking care of custoners

I stood in line for over an hour just to be told I couldn’t get the items that was purchased online because I forgot my ID. I don’t know why she just couldn’t give me my items with proof of emails of my purchase. But I did get the other merchandise I was looking for. After I pick up my merchandise I will not be back at the Beachwood Location! 3 days prior to this I stopped in and was told my one of the workers I couldn’t afford what I wanted. Lol I have a total of 6 Pandora Bracelets including a pink leather one with charms on all of them. Received them all before the pandemic existed. So what I went in for I did not purchase. I did call corporate though and they were nice. Gave me percentage off for the next time. But I have absolutely had it with this store and the workers. Some not all people shop due to a STIMULUS CHECK! I have always shopped here. But some things may come to an end. And this is where I go somewhere else.

Due to COVID the long line outside was very exhausting! I wish I could’ve scheduled a time or made an appointment! It was so busy so I understood but it was very uncomfortable standing for over 30minutes!

The Beachwood, Ohio store location is extremely small. I was expecting to purchase four charms and a safety clip. I was only able to purchase two charms from my list. I am very hopeful that this will get better in the near future!

It took the sale associated atleast 4 times to clean my bracelet. It's not her fault, it is my own. I never remove my bracelet, even if I'm washing dishes or showering. I just feel when you are buying pricey jewelry pieces you shouldn't have to remove. But over all, she did a very awesome job in restoring my bracelet.

Just out of a couple of beads I was looking for but I can always order. I ended up getting something else that I am very pleased with.

I feel as the service was slow I guess because the store is small and dealing with the Pandemic I guess.

The sales associate seemed a bit rushed and not as attentive as previous associates. The Pandora experience is about customer service. Normally I am offered more merchandise. I was ready to purchase more; however, I wasn’t really given tons of things to choose from. I walked out with two charms. Definitely would have purchased more. My experience wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great.
