I visited the Beachwood location in Cleveland, OH. Obviously with it being the day before Valentine’s Day it was very busy & there was a long line. We waited almost 45 mins and then right before it was our turn to go in the store a lady walked up and got to cut the whole line because she was a preferred card holder. I just thought because of Covid that was really unfair, everyone should’ve been subjected to the same rules. We had already waited a long time & there were at least 25-30 more people standing behind us waiting to get in. I was also VERY frustrated that once I got in the store I then found out they had a VERY slim selection of rings in my size. I ended up getting a necklace instead, which is beautiful and I love it! Also, the sales associate that assisted us, her name was Devon & she was amazing! Very sweet & patient with me. I would definitely revisit that store again, maybe just not on a holiday weekend.

The wait was horrible and they didn’t have any of the charms I wanted in the store.

We had to wait in line outside of the store for over 30 minutes. There were only two associates working most of the time we were in line

This is the first time I have visited or bought from Pandora ever. Due to covid the line to enter the store was wrapped around the mall so as we waited a sales associate brought catalogs to look through before we got into the store I asked if the deals online were also available in store she asked "which deal?" I asked about the one with the bracelet and 3 charms she said yes as I asked about certain charms online she told me one of them were not in stock and to keep looking I finally got into the store and told another associate I really wanted this particular charm but the lady outside said it was out of stock, she said she would check again and she had it the other lady came into the store and said I couldn't have that particular charm because corporate sent an email stating that shouldn't have been in the deal package. I stated I would leave and order it online then before she finally sold me the charm. I wasn't very impressed with my first encounter at your stores on that level.

The wait was extreme me long the time to check on the merchandise and check out was roughly 35 to 40 minutes
