Employee brought out the wrong item that I had requested & I was on a waiting list. She didn't quite know what I wanted, until the Ad playing showed the picture. she also finally thought to check on the waiting call list that the manager had set up & then was quickly able to find it. Store is smaller, so the space is a bit tight, especially now during covid, but they do a goo job, limiting the number of customers in the store at the same time & at separate counters. These are difficult times, & it is hard not having the leeway to browse but very understandable, not the stores fault. The manager there has been terrific. She followed up with me when the merchandise came in that I wanted.Unfortunately, she was helping another customer when we were there this time. We have bought 3 items since mothers day.

The location in mentor I was disappointed but the location in Beachwood, Ohio made up for it . The associate in mentor , Ohio didn’t listen to want I wanted and rush me to buy one that I didn’t really want in which I return at the other location . To only find out the item was in sale and ( almost) not being able to return it .

The sale associate was great. However, because of the ongoing sale the store seemed limited in stock. The selections of clearance were not the best. I also feel that the sale items were to scattered throughout the store and h the regular retail items.

I often come in and what I’m looking for is either not in store or out of stock. I understand the store is only so big but why should I come in if I have to order online?

It was my first time in the store making a purchase, The sales associate wasn't very friendly, didnt show me what was available wasn't very talkative at all so I'm kinda not satisfied with what I got but I wanted a bracelet, she didn't show me the difference in the bracelets or the charms because I would've bought more.I was sooo excited about purchasing my first Pandora Bracelet..But wasn't satisfied.

I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because The associate was not very friendly at first. She was rather short with me in the beginning but once realized I was there to purchase and not just exchange my defective item she became rather nice all of a sudden. Overall I was satisfied with my purchase.

I was not highly satisfied at first because I was waiting for a sales associate to help me. She walked away before someone else came to assist me. Overall the sales associate who i worked with was very friendly

I wasn’t satisfied that I had to pay 10 for tax or that some of the things I wanted were unavailable in my size but overall it was a good visit and next time if possible I would like my mall employee discount
