I didn't like the wait time to enter the store. And they did not have availability of charms I wanted.

I was able to get the items that I wanted at a discounted rate. The young lady was really nice and helpful.

I love the associates however that quality of the reflexions bracelet is inferior. This is my 4 bracelet exchanged in 2 years and 5 charms are missing due to the poor design of the charm and bracelets.

Because the pendant I was looking for I could not find

The wait time is ridiculous right now there should be a time limit for each customer since there’s a limit allowed in the store

Social distance

There was a emergency so the store had to be closed for a period of time leaving a incovience and only one associate to work the whole store alone in which she did a great job.

The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable in the Disney section I was interested in. She showed me different pieces from different prices ranges. Also told me about the survey at the end.

Sale rep was over talking me, with slight tone in her voice.

The sales person that help me did a good job.
