Pandora Jewelry

There was 2 associates..needed 1 more to help the other customers.the wait was too long..otherwise my associate was very pleasant..informative.her personality with the previous customer(while I waited)..was so inviting.

After my friend bought this gift for me I should been offered a box to store it in. These bracelets are not cheap to just throw it in a jewelry box. I just realize she never gave me one or offered one to me whem i took it off today

If I give all high satisfied Pandora would not have room to get better. Everything was great but every person or place needs room togtow.

Well shopping just after the holidays, certain charms weren't available. I didn't want to wait for shipping.

Well it was okay but one of the items that I wanted was not in after she told me it was and I think the lady I had was new and I don't think she really knew exactly what she was doing but she was trying and I was a little confused on stuff because she didn't understand stuff so I kind of got a little frustrated..

I liked the location that they had upstairs in the mall at Beachwood. It was much more larger and roomier. This store us small, cramped and reminds me of a small basement spot. I would rather go to crocker park location of it wasnt so far.

I thought I was going to receive a information pamphlet on my purchase as far as how to take care of my charms and bracelet, what type of cleaning products you offered and product guarantees, I spent 178.00$ and just got my bracelet in a box inside a cute bag and a receipt , this was my first Pandora purchase and expected more class and enthusiasm.
