I was highly satisfied with my purchase. The quality of the jewelry is beautiful.. the charms are a little over priced. I will return and purchase more jewelry..

The sales associates were very professional and the store is beautiful. My rating more speaks to the fact that I had to return my bracelet because a crystal fell out after less than 2 months of owning it.

I was just shopping for a few charms. The sales associate who helped me did not seem as if she liked her job. She was very dry and did not smile at all. The other associate never looked my way to say hello. I just wanted to get in and out and go about my day because it was my birthday!

The store has been made to a much smaller store then the previous one. The charm selection for what I was looker for no longer has a large selection.

I was not pleased with Pandora return policy. That was my only dissatisfaction.

I had to wait. It was nobody fault but I was in a restrained time and the client before me took forever. I had the same experience in other Pandora store and was frustrating. The sellers at the store were great and nice.

The girl helping me wasn't sure where things were and was often asking for assistance. which is totally fine but then I changed my mind too many times. I need consistency in s sales person as well as confidence.
