Friendly staff who know me because I go there often.

I was very satisfied. The sales rep. was very kind and considerate. The store was very clean and well kept.

The sales associate was expressionless and monotone throughout the entire purchase. Also, my shopping experience was not the best as there was a female in the store on her cell phone talking loud having an unpleasant conversation that involved harming someone. I felt like either one of the sales associates should have asked her to step outside of the store to finish her conversation as she was not being served. I believe she was in there with another lady who was being taken care of at the counter. I was spending a gift card that I received for my birthday and I did not spend it all of it as I will return on another day to continue shopping. Thank you for this platform.

The store was clean. The sale associate was somewhat friendly. She was moderately enthusiastic about helping me. She did not rush or hurry me to make a decision.

I was looking for a particular bangle..the associate didn't show me all the bangles..I had to find the one I initially asked about myself..

The store has moved and its much smaller, I was looking for three charms that they didn't have. The customer service was great just not enough space and staff to assist, I waited for 10 minutes for help.

The store is too small compared to the other store. The sales person didn't ask who was next and I was over look. She might of thought that I was with some other ladies since the store is so small.

My visit went well but this store really didn’t have any red dot discount charms like the Mentor store

I missed out on a better selection of clearance/sales items. Customer service was lukewarm from start to finish.
