This location was out of stock of 3 items that I had my eye on. But better service at this location compared to the Pandora inside of Great Northern Mall. I dd not get greeted inside or asked if I needed any help at Great Northern Mall. At Beachwood, great service from the associate.

The items on sale

For the second time my profile couldn't be found, and I keep having to create a new one so unless I go with my bracelet who know which charms I have🤔

The inventory seem very sparse. All of the newer and more popular items were out of stock, greatly reducing our purchasing options. The store seemed large enough, but it was crowded, and so many customers were brought to the counter at the same time that my wife and I could not stand together.

This was my second trip to the store within a week and my second purchase ever from Pandora. The sales associate was not able to locate my initial purchase due to my name being misspelled. Subsequently I was not able to take advantage of the discount.

Just they should have a list to sign in so customers are helped fairly

Rep are not as friendly as in other stores I've been to. But at the end she helped me thru the situation.

I got to the store close to closing time and although I was not rushed by the sales associates I felt bad that I was arriving so close to closing time due to traveling to another store that informed me they had an item that turns out they did not have so I had to travel to the Beachwood location that had the item. I usually like to look at more items than what I was shopping for and possibly get sales associate opinions during my visit.

I am highly satisfied...
