I was greeted the moment I stepped in the store, which was very welcoming. I appreciated the quick process in picking out the merchandise and having it engraved right there in the store.

Great customer service

Very pleasant staff. Very patient. Only problem is with their knowledge of safety chains. I have to drive back, 30 minutes, in order to resolve the issue.

My sales associate was very detail oriented, willing to help me look for my exact charms, and not too pushy. The transition was great, she offered me all options that were available. She was awesome

I was highly satisfied with this visit because there was no wait. I usually have to wait in a long line outside the store when I come to this location. I was pleased to have been able to walk right in and get help.
