I was satisfied with my service from the time I walked in, made my purchase.

The service was nice, but nothing to make me feel highly satisfied. I feel that the worker was just doing her job answering my questions and getting my purchase together.

Wish I was told more about the clearance selection.

The sales associate had a body odor that was distracting.

It took a while before the size bracelet that I wanted could be located

Just walked in looking around. Ended up purchasing a new ring. Told the sales rep I'd be back for another purchase

they did not have the item I was looking for and I have visited this location for several weeks

there was a problem with those hand held devices that the associates use in the store and it kept me there way longer than it had ever done so before. It would help if the company could check out the payment devices so they work a little faster!

I do not like the way the sales associates need to look up each piece of merchandise to advise you of the price, Not enough sales associates in store for the sale.

Because, I purchased 4 beads, a chain lock, and two clips to receive the special gifts and after I picked out the products to receive the gifts I was disappointed to see the cheap items. I spent all that time in the store shopping to reach that amount to get the next level of gifts and the sales rep told me in the end that since I was at the two hundred mark now I could pick more than one of the same cheap items that she had already show me for spending a hundred dollars. your gift items normally make it worth shopping and I do not mind spending money for a large purchase for your company.
