They don't always have the item that I'm looking for. They also don't tell you when there are promotional going on or when there will be a promotional sale

There were not enough associates to help the customers. The wait time was well above 15 minutes. Once I was with an associate, they didn’t have the bracelet I wanted for a friend due to shipment not coming in yet, so I had to pick another one. I spent well over $100 and wasn’t offered the free gift, I had to ask about it. The associate advised there weren’t anymore, but didn’t say when they would would be getting more in. I like that perk for spending so much for bracelets and charms, but I wasn’t even rainchecked on the free item. Overall my friend was happy with her gift, but she just doesn’t know what I had to go through to make it happen for her.

My experience at the store was satisfactory, but I was very disappointed when on went to the Pandora web site the very next day only to see the same bracelet that I and many other people paid $99 less than 24 hours earlier on sale for $35 . I felt that myself and many other people had been swindled.

I was looking for a specific charm, called before I came and was told it was in stock. When I got there I was told the item I wanted was retired.

The other item that I was interested in was only available in a small size. The wrapping paper for my gift was not large enough. I was never asked if I wanted my pandora bracelet that I was wearing, cleaned.

I was not greeted kindly but I like Pandora's so I stick around as someone walked over to assist. Price of the object/merchandise was not an issue for me however, my not so attire was not a welcome sight in the store. Sales associate needs to know that money doesn't know color or the way a person dress. those were my only issues with the sore. my husband and sons always buy Pandora for me. I just think the product is different.
