My over all experience was good, but all the charms are not displayed and It would be easier to choose if I saw them all. I used the brochure to choose a charm

I was highly satisfied with my experience. the employees were very kind and helped me to find what I was looking for.

Not normally highly satisfied. Everything was wonderful overall.

I love charm bracelets and all the charms you all have. But the day before Valentine’s Day when I came in to visit a few charms that I wanted was not in stock. I was told that I could go online and from them.

I was satisfied with services, i went to the store on a weekend and before Valentine’s Day do the store was crowded

There was a stone missing out of my ring that I had just got that day. I also had to wait 10 minutes for someone to assist me. I was expecting better.

The lady was nice and y'all have what I wanted

I felt uncomfortable in the space. I saw the salesperson interaction with people of color different from their white counterparts and if I wasn’t pressed for time I would have left went to a different location.

My sales associate was very nice and patient. The problem I did have were there were only 2 people working, and with 6 people in the store that made for a long wait. And no one knew what order we arrived in so that caused an issue with another customer. Maybe a number system for when people come in and they cannot be helped could rectify this. Other than that every thing was fine.

The extended wait time. I came the day before and was unable to wait because I had not moved any closer in line after waiting over thirty minutes.
