Music IS WAY too loud. Are you selling jewelry or Music? No need for the music to be solo loud especially in a store where there are no soft surfaces.

The store was sold out of what I was looking to purchase.

The quality of customer service was not my normal experience. The sales associate (Kyly) was not very welcoming, did not know the merchandise, and seemed to be discombobulated. She was friendly enough, but was not exert any enthusiasm during the entire store experience. She was just "okay". I'm used to friendly, bubbly personalities and sales associates that appear to be excited to assist me. I did not get that warm fuzzy, friendly, or bubbly person at this experience. Kyly made no recommendations to show me anything more than I asked to see. When there was no merchandise that I wanted available, she did not offer any other choices to choose from. I spent exactly $125 as that's the sale that I was coming in for. Normally, and under other circumstances, I would have purchased more. But, because this shopping experience was just "blah", I spent what I needed to get the discount and left the store.

Felt pressure to select something fast.

I dislike having to look at merchandise through the watchful eyes of salespersons through trays I had to select from.

There were only 2 associates available and at one point, I had to wait for assistance because they were both helping her.

As this was a sales event, I would have expected the store to be a little more organized. I normally shop at the Pandora store in Belden Village Mall, Canton, Ohio. Normally, when there is a sales event, the Belden Village store has an associate meet you at the door, to form a line & wait until a salesperson is available before you enter the store. That way, once it is your turn & you do enter the store, the salesperson gives you undivided attention & you can easily move around the store. In contrast, the Beachwood store had no such system and & customers were crowding around display cases or looking over each other's shoulders.

The charms that I found on the internet all where not available at the store. The web site didn't say that they might not be in the yet or select location. When I ask in the store for the charm, they didn't know when it would be available. I believe that the store and the web site should be more in link with each other. If not, state that on the site and let the store know more information about the site or charms that are coming available.

The store is small, so I had to wait in line for over 20 minutes to enter the store. The sales associate to assist customers had to be stationed on the jewelry displays, so if I wanted to view a particular piece, I had to wait until the sale was over to view it.
