I was told if I order on line by the 20th I would get my purchase before Christmas which I did not and when I did receive my order it ended up not fitting daughter so I had to exchange it. The first store I went to did not have the item in stock so the lady sent me to a different store but had advised me to call first to make the product was in stock so I did call and the young lady I spoke with was quite rude...I inquired about said item and the lady told me to just to come in that they don't do holds which the first lady told that they definitely did...mind you the second store is 30 minute drive from my house so I definitely wanted to make sure the drive wasn't for nothing...a simple check in the computer would have clarified for me instead of just telling me to come in and hanging up on me...customer service was very much lacking...

I waited for a clerk to arrive into the store. I made a return because the charm broke & I wanted to select a different charm even if it was more expensive, I would pay the difference. Once I have a problem with a piece of jewelry I would like to return & select something different. Trust factor gone.

I was upset due to the fact that I purchased my charm on line for $ 38.88 plus tax $40.00, after I hit send u realized it was for the wrong month so I immediately call and was told it was to late to exchange had to go into store when it arrived.so I did and had to pay $4.32 more why I do not know but felt it was wrong because it was still in bag which means you are going to sale it for $44.32 which means you get paid twice. Don’t think that was far to me at all.

The line was very long and there weren’t great options available during the holiday. Items requested they didn’t have the size I wanted so I have to make a return.

No online pick up line available. What’s the point of ordering something and having to wait 30 minutes to pick up.

The store manager at the Beachwood store , Cassandra did not give me good customer service. When Cassandra was ask about me getting a store adjustment she was very mean . She had a attitude. I will never go back to that store again. Thank you.

This is the 3rd time I had to return something. All 3 times it was a different bracelet but the same kind of bracelet.
