Sales associate gave us a hard time about exchanging our (my mom & I) bracelets we received as mothers day gifts. We both had receipts & bracelets were never worn & still in the original packaging. Also was a little rude when we were discussing the sale items w/ another associate.

The sales associate that I asked where do i pickup my online order was very unprofessional with her response and stated that i had to go to the end of the line that was extremely long. I said I would just come back tomorrow morning instead because i cant stand up for a long period of time and she said its going to be like this still and they may just cancel my order if i don’t pick it up in 3 days. It was her tone of voice and demeanor in her body language. I will never again visit another Pandora Store ever. I will just patronize another jewelry store. Customer Service training is definitely needed at this location and a much needed designated pickup in store location instead of having us all to stand in the same line as everyone else. That defeats the purpose of in-store pickup and the ease of less interaction during the pandemic. They were not making sure customers were standing 6ft apart by state mandatory requirements for safety.

There was a problem opening the bracelet. I was given another. The clerk put it on me. When I got home I was unable to take it off

My online Panoda coupon was not accepted in store, that’s not a good customer service. Also, similar items available for better price on Amazon, why should I go to store.

I understand we are in a pandemic but there's no reason to be rude. The associate waved me out of the store. I didn't know that there was only supposed to be 2 people in the store. No sign were posted. Then when I got in the store to attempt to make my purchase, the associate was real short. Like i wasn't there to purchase something. I did buy one charm because i was in a crunch but if i had more time i would've purchased more but not from this store

In august I purchased a leather necklace/bracelet. It broke after only 3+ months. At the store I was told not to sleep with the bracelet on. Is the quality of the item that bad that I shouldn’t wear it? Seems ridiculous
