It was just slow long line but the services were good i love the charm i got fot my mother

The girl at the door should be very lucky I didn’t get her name cause the way she treated me, she might not have had a job in the near future. At the Beachwood location on 11/24/2020 and she didn’t have any knowledge on the store merchandise.

Employees are not professional and not attentive

Customer Service at the Beachwood Store I was treated as if I couldn’t exchange a size.Had gotten for a Birthday gift and my Mom bought them to big. The sales associate act as if Black people couldn’t were Pandora and she was quite insulting....never ever will I shop there again....The Customer Service is horrible and management isn’t any better....I will stick with the team in Mentor...U need to retrain that team they’re the worst.....

None of the items that I wanted were in my size. Then another item I was gonna purchase I was told I need too buy more two items or it would not be a warranty on item so I bought something else and wasn’t totally satisfied!

The Sales Associate was rushing

The transaction was awkward. The salesperson seemed to be nervous although I had on a mask, and not sure of how I should move around in the store.

The associate need more friendly and help the customers

Had to wait a long time to get waited on. Store too small and too hard to social distance. Store size can’t be changed!

I was a bit fustrated having to wait outside the store for almost 30 minutes. There needs to be one person designated for returns. One lady was there the whole time that I waited and was still there when I left.
